Orders less than $100 must be paid in full at the time of order. All other orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
We will work with you through email and provide a digital proof of your order. Feedback and revisions are welcomed to ensure your dream becomes a reality!
The remainder of your balance is due at this time.

To request a customized order, kindly send us a message with a detailed description of your requirements. Please include the specific items you are interested in, the desired delivery date, and any design preferences such as text, shapes, and colors.
We will respond to your message within 24-48 hours via email, requesting any additional design information if necessary.
At this stage, a non-refundable design deposit will be required. The deposit amount may vary based on the complexity and size of your order. The deposit will be subtracted from the final balance.
After receiving your deposit, we will create a digital proof of your order. Please carefully review the proof to ensure it meets your expectations, and don't hesitate to request any necessary changes.
Once you are satisfied with the proof, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed with producing your order. We always strive to fulfill orders with ample time for them to arrive before your event.
The typical timeframe for completing orders is between 1 and 2 weeks. However, please note that our turnaround time can vary depending on the size, complexity, and the number of ongoing orders we have at any given time.
For urgent orders requiring completion within 7 business days or less, a rush service is available for an additional fee of $50.
If your party consists of 20 guests or fewer, we kindly request that you provide us with the guest list at least 7 days prior to the event.
For parties with more than 20 guests, we kindly request that you provide us with the guest list at least 14 days before the event.
In the case of custom menus or signage, please ensure that you provide us with the details at least 14 days before the event.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We charge a 3% credit card processing fee.
We also accept cash/check.
We offer delivery or local pickup for all orders. We are based out of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
If bundling with our rental services, we can deliver order to venue along with rental drop-off.
